Last week I started scanning in all my old photos. Oh, the memories and the pre-memories. Something bothers me about the randomness of the visual documentation of my life. For example, I only have photos of my birthdays for all of my high school years. I am fairly certain I did more than just have birthdays for all that time.I am scanning them at 600 dpi and roughly color correcting them. I will archive the big fat tiffs and then make a set of 300dpi jpegs for iPhoto and flickr to share and enjoy.
