Why!? It seems like this is just another example of government waste. A 1$ refund is not a refund. The cost of a stamp or the gas to get to the bank to deposit this check will make this refund disappear very quickly. And then there is the cost of printing and mailing the check to me. It is insanity, plain and simple. The question remains...will I ever deposit this check?
